Highlights:
Day One (Airport to the hotel in Arusha)
Our professional staff will pick you up from the airport upon arrival and will drive you to the hotel in Arusha. The journey will be one hour drive from the airport to your hotel. After arriving at the hotel you will check in and relax until the next day.
Day Two: (Arusha to Tarangire national park for the game drive)
Wake up early in the morning for breakfast, after breakfast you will load your luggage into the safari vehicle and then get ready for the adventure.
You will embark on the journey to Tarangire national park for a full day game drive. The driving distance to Tarangire will be between 2 ½ to 3 hours from Arusha depending on the weather and the road condition.
Tarangire national park is popular for having large groups of elephants and has a lot of baobab trees. Moreover, other wildlife such as cheetah, lions, leopards, impalas, wildebeest, giraffes, zebras may be seen just to mention a few. Sometimes, all those animals may be spotted in one day although not guaranteed because national parks are not like zoos and animals migrate and there is no fence to prohibit them from crossing the borders.
Lunch and water bottles will be provided, therefore your safari driver will take you to the picnic site for lunch and relax a little before continuing with the game drive in the afternoon. After the gamedrive, you will be taken to your hotel in Mto wa Mbu or Karatu for the overnight and dinner.
Day Three. (Mto wa Mbu or Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater)
Wake up early in the morning for breakfast, load your backpacks and then drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive and then go back to Arusha town.
Ngorongoro Crater is a multiple land use whereby animals live with the wildlife in the same area. The Maasai people live along the crater rim with their cattle. Ngorongoro crater offers breathtaking views and has amazing attractions.
Lunch will be provided and will have it inside the crater. Around 2-3 pm you will start going back to Arusha town.
